I have been reading a Book Knowledge Management ToolKit.The book provides a framework of ten steps to create a KM toolkit.The book is very much hands on and is relevant to a company deploying IT.The book is by Prof Amrit Tiwana.
I have been reading Management by Stoner & Freeman.Also finished reading Corporate Financial Management by Besant Raj.Very informative and refreshing sessions indeed.Learnt a lot about current management thoughts and basics of financial management.The explanation of Motivational theaories and leadership aspects are excellent.
Since arriving back in India ,Ihave read two books on Management Strategic Management by Pearce & Robinson Management Information System by James OBrien Interesting Books by all means, I got a good exposure to some new ideas
From 2002 to 2004 I attended Karnataka state open University for a Masters in Science Program in IT. Some of Courses I took towards my Degree are Project Management Client Server Computing ECommerce Data Warehousing and Data Mining OOAD & UML Advanced Java Advanced Networks Software Quality and Testing Distributed Databases Component Technologies Cyber laws Application Servers etc etc
